BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The module produced in H5P ‚OER & Law. Rechtslotse OER-Produktion‘ of the HOOU raises awareness of legal aspects in the production of Open Educational Resources (OER), i.e. open educational materials. It shows where legal issues, especially in the areas of copyright, CC licensing, personal rights and data protection, need to be considered and offers useful links and assistance with a focus on law for the creation and publication of OER.
