PD Dr. Markus Deimann, ORCA.nrw, and Dr. Konrad Faber, Virtual Campus Rhineland-Palatinate, introduce the cooperation network OER-promoting infrastructures and services, KNOER for short, in this interview. Together they form the dual leadership of the network, which currently (Oct. 2022) includes seven state organisations.
