The H5P-based module “OER & Law. Legally sound OER production” of the HOOU raises awareness of legal aspects in the production of Open Educational Resources and shows where legal issues, especially in the areas of copyright, CC licensing, personal rights and data protection, need to be taken into account and offers useful links and assistance with a legal focus for the creation and publication of OER.
